My name is David Diaz; I am a full-time Father to the most amazing kid I've ever met. I'm a professional photographer in the Los Angeles area. I don’t consider myself any specific type of photographer because I can honestly say I love all kinds of photography. I am incredibly versatile, open-minded, and easy to work with, I treat every photo shoot as if it will be the last time I’ll hold my camera. I especially enjoy challenging photo shoots that stretch the limits and require me to think outside the box. The art of photography has always come naturally to me.

 

I have a knack for problem-solving. Photography is like putting together a puzzle, with its endless ways to capture a moment, but just a select few that will give you “THE SHOT,” which is the one filled with exposed emotion. It’s more than merely snapping pictures and calling it a day. It’s an intimate process. I take my work seriously because it’s a reflection of my passion, but at the same time, I do my best to make it fun. Whether it’s an outdoor shoot with natural lighting or an indoor shoot with fancy lights and a backdrop, I love finding the perfect shot and moment. That’s when I capture once-in-a-lifetime moments and create everlasting memories. When people reminisce on those memories, they should be able to relive it and feel the emotion once again. Such a gift is an indescribable feeling.

 

My ultimate goal is to exceed the client’s expectation, so I work with conviction. If someone is entrusted to photograph a special event and capture all the right moments, such an individual should have a deep passion for their work.
